Sullivan County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release anyone, post bond, or obtain an official booking record. Direct those requests to the government office that created or keeps the record.

Local Booking and Records Contact

Sullivan County Sheriff's Office
109 N. Main Street
Milan, MO 63556
Telephone: 660-265-3313
Fax: 660-265-4711

The sheriff is the identified local contact for a county booking inquiry. Sullivan County has not published a separate records telephone line, email address, booking-record request form, photo-specific request form, or county fee schedule. No public Sullivan jail roster or verified daily booking feed was located, so a caller should not assume that a person appears in an online list.

For a booking or arrest record, send a written Missouri Sunshine Law request that identifies the person, date range, the record sought, and the preferred format. A request may ask whether a booking photograph was taken and request it only if the office maintains it and it is releasable. Ask for a fee estimate before work begins. The Missouri Attorney General's Sunshine Law guidance, RSMo §610.023, and RSMo §610.026 explain the general request, response, and cost framework. Section 610.023 requires action by the end of the third business day, but that is not a promise that a complex record search or review will be finished in three days.

Case and Court Information

Sullivan County Circuit Clerk
109 N. Main Street, Suite 20
Milan, MO 63556
Telephone: 660-265-4717

For a filed case, hearing, or disposition, use Missouri Case.net or contact the Circuit Clerk. A court case record and a jail booking record are not interchangeable, so verify the record type and case details with the proper custodian.

State and Federal Locator Tools

  • Missouri Department of Corrections Offender Search is the official starting point for a person in state corrections custody. It does not prove a current Sullivan County booking or promise that a photo is public.
  • Federal Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator is for qualifying federal-custody searches, not a county booking feed.
  • ICE Online Detainee Locator System may help locate qualifying detainees, subject to the system's stated search and availability limits.
  • For an arrest made in Milan, the police department may have the incident report while the sheriff may be the booking-record contact. For Green City or Greencastle, first identify the arresting agency before making a records request.

The home page explains the overall search path, the Most Wanted page describes warrant-verification limits, and Crime News & Mugshots explains how to trace a news item to the original record source.
